Airtel brings Rs 9 unlimited prepaid data plan, know full details

Airtel has launched a new Rs 9 prepaid plan in the country. This is a specialty pack that offers only unlimited internet connectivity to customers, but there is no voice benefit with it. This recharge pack is easily available to customers through the Airtel website. Now, before you get excited about the unlimited data plan for just Rs 9, let us give you full details about this plan.
Airtel launched unlimited data pack
- Unlimited data is available in the Airtel Rs 9 prepaid pack.
- However, the problem is that the validity of this pack is only 1 hour.
- This means you can use unlimited internet for 60 minutes without any interruption.
- Do note that there is a FUP (Fair Usage Policy) limit of 10GB, after which the speed will drop to 64kbps.
Note: This plan is especially useful when you have to download something important and your daily data quota is already exhausted.
Currently, to get more than 10GB data, customers have to recharge with Rs 129 plan, but the validity of this plan is same as the existing pack, whereas the validity of Rs 9 plan is only 1 hour.
Apart from this, let us remind you that Airtel has recently increased the validity of its Rs 395 prepaid recharge plan in India. Earlier the validity of this pack was only 56 days, but now it has been increased to 70 days.
However, other benefits of the pack remain unchanged. We get 6GB data, 600 SMS and unlimited voice calls on any network. In comparison, Jio also offers a similar plan and its validity is 84 days. This is two weeks more validity than Airtel's pack.
