A new leak on Weibo has revealed the camera details of the Xiaomi 15 Pro. This handset will be the successor to the Xiaomi 14 Pro launched last year. At the same time, now the camera details of the phone have been revealed in a new leak.
Xiaomi 15 Pro telephoto and camera sensor information revealed
- The Xiaomi 15 Pro is expected to feature a 50MP camera with 3x zoom, just like the Xiaomi 14 Pro.
- The main sensor will be a 50MP OV50K lens, which could be assisted by a 50MP IMX882 3x telephoto lens. We could probably see another 50MP lens for ultra-wide-angle shots.
- The OV50K is said to be a 1″ sensor. As the Xiaomi 14 Pro came with a slightly smaller 1/1.31-inch image sensor. Not much is known about the sensor yet.

- The Xiaomi 14 Pro features a Samsung ISOCELL JN1 3.2x telephoto sensor.

Xiaomi 15 Pro: What we know so far
The Xiaomi 15 Pro is likely to feature a 2K micro-curved display, but the screen size is yet to be revealed. The phone may feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, while the previous model had a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. The chipset will be manufactured by TSMC and will be based on the 2nd Gen 3nm process node (N3E). The flagship is expected to have larger camera lenses and this may result in a slight rearrangement of the sensors.
The Xiaomi 15 Pro is expected to feature an in-display ultra-sonic fingerprint sensor for security. It will provide a larger unlocking area than the traditional fingerprint sensor on the Xiaomi 14 Pro. The phone may feature a 50MP primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP telephoto unit.
